Dear Provider:

Due to the State fiscal year end, all billings for services provided through June 30, 2006 must be received by July 17, 2006.  Any billing received after that date creates problems for the Department and for you, including the possibility that you may not be paid.  Therefore,

ALL BILLINGS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED FROM JULY 1, 2005 TO JUNE 30, 2006 MUST REACH YOUR REGIONAL OFFICE BY MONDAY, JULY 17, 2006.

If you have any unpaid items, please begin now to work with your caseworker or Department contact to resolve these problems.  Our goal is to pay you as promptly as possible for services you have provided.  PLEASE HELP US ACHIEVE THIS GOAL.
