Due to the State fiscal year end, all billings for services provided through June 30, 2007 must be received by July 16, 2007. Any billing received after that date creates problems for the Department and for you, including the possibility that you may not be paid. Therefore,
ALL BILLINGS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED FROM JULY 1, 2006 TO JUNE 30, 2007 MUST REACH YOUR REGIONAL OFFICE BY MONDAY, JULY 16, 2007.
If you have any unpaid items, please begin now to work with your caseworker or Department contact to resolve these problems. Our goal is to pay you as promptly as possible for services you have provided. PLEASE HELP US ACHIEVE THIS GOAL.
