Notice #97 - CFTM Draft For Over 30 Days

The SAFE system will no longer automatically finalize Child and Family Team Meetings (CFTMs) that have been in Draft status for over 30 days.  We have found that many of these system finalized team meetings are incomplete, missing the location and the purpose.

We encourage you to complete created CFTMs , and to finalize them when you have done so.  Notice #97 will be sent as a reminder to update and finalize any meetings that have been in Draft status for over 30 days.  These Notices will be automatically deleted during the nightly update, once the CFTM is finalized.
