Because we need to have foster children placed with providers who have a current foster care license, SAFE will be notifying both the Primary Worker and Eligibility Worker if a current placement on the worker's caselist has a provider whose license will expire.  This notice will first be displayed 14 days prior to the expiration of the provider's foster care license.  Coordination with the provider, Utah Foster Care Foundation, and the Office of Licensing may be necessary to ensure renewal of the foster care license.
