Foster Care Citizen Review Changes

Foster Care Citizen Reviews will now be scheduled at 14 months for children 36 months and younger with the exception of rare situations where a permanency hearing has been held at 8 months and 12 months, the review will be rescheduled to occur prior to 18 months in care. 

Children 36 months and older will be scheduled 18 months for a Foster Care Citizen Review.

Current reviews will be left as they are in the system.
